SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • FREE USA SHIPPING ON ALL MERCHANDISE ORDERS!
  • FREE USA SHIPPING ON ALL GROOMING PRODUCT ORDERS OVER $40!  Shipping costs will be added to your total at checkout for orders under $40.  Rates vary based on the country and weight of order.  
  • We offer quick shipping and delivery using USPS, UPS or FedEx.  
  • Most orders ship directly from our headquarters in Denver, NC within 3 business days (Monday-Friday).  Thursdays and Fridays are reserved for packaging and shipping orders.
  • Most orders are delivered within 3-4 business days after you receive your tracking number via email.  Be sure to check your spam folder if you have not received your email.
  • Please allow extra time for orders placed outside the USA.
  • We are closed on major holidays and weekends.

RETURN INFORMATION

Every order placed with Jack & Jesters is backed by a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To request a return, you can contact us at info@jackandjesters.com. Once we receive your request, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return.  Once your item has been inspected, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
